Couples Counseling
At The Connection Space, we specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a proven, research-backed approach that is widely considered the gold standard for couples therapy. EFT helps partners identify their cycle of disconnection and teaches new ways to communicate and connect. Whether the tension is about household chores, the mental load, parenting, or other recurring issues, there are often deeper emotional needs and patterns at play.

Through an attachment-based lens, we will work together to get beneath the surface of these challenges. Our goal is to create a safe space where both partners feel heard and understood in a way that fosters true connection and intimacy.
